Fresno students who are deaf or hard of hearing got a chance to shine during a play called "Finding Nemo."
The performance is part of a tradition at Norseman Elementary School.
Teresa Torres has a child in the play and said, "The hearing kids get to hear about deaf culture and they're integrated, so it really opens a lot of doors for everybody."
There are 50 students in the school's program.
Norseman Elementary School is on Weldon Avenue at Maple, near McKinley in Fresno.
