Brittany will have her head shaved Friday night at the Bald & Beautiful event at Seven Sycamore Ranch in Ivanhoe. (UPDATE: She did it! Click here to see)

The event is a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and tickets are $30 per person.

Brittany is a photographer and founded the Sweet Nectar Society, an organization that connects professional photographers with parents of special needs or seriously ill children, to capture beautiful, lasting memories free of charge.

Brittany is one of 10 women nominated for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year Award. The nominees have been raising money and awareness for the past 10 weeks and the winner will be announced next week.
