Very Warm Week

A warm week ahead with near record highs Monday and above normal temps through the rest of the week.
Fresno and many central California cities will have near record high temperatures Monday with high pressure sitting just off the coast.

My forecast high temp for Fresno on Monday is 90-degrees only 6-degrees shy of the record set in 2012.

A weak cold front will drift through Nevada on Tuesday and bring slightly cooler air into the area for a few days.

Highs will still be well above the typical mid-April temperature of 77-degrees through the end of the week.

An area of low pressure will drift across southern California on Thursday and could bring a few showers to the Sierra but otherwise the area will be clear and dry through the Pinpoint 7 Day Forecast.
