Despite being Fresno State's all-time leading rusher, Robbie Rouse went undrafted last month.
That doesn't mean he was unwanted.
Rouse, who tied the Mountain West record last season with nine 100-yard rushing games, posted on Facebook Thursday that he's headed to the Cleveland Browns:
It's official I am a Cleveland brown!!!!!!! #letsgetit #toojuiced #sorryforthewait #everythinghappensforareason
That is a lot of hashtags for a Facebook post, but it doesn't change the fact Rouse has an opportunity to make it in the NFL. He also had a chance last weekend at Vikings rookie mini-camp, and he could have had one with the Dallas Cowboys had the Browns not signed him first.
Rouse is only 5'6" and he will still have to earn his way onto the team. That being said, he is durable (played in 50 games over his four-year Bulldog career) and productive (5,441 total yards, 42 total touchdowns).
